Description
A refreshing summer drink made with blueberries and lemon, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh blueberries and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the mixture to remove the blueberry skins.
- In a large pitcher, combine the blueberry syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 4 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh blueberries and lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- This lemonade can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
