Description
A delicious homemade version of Starbucks white chocolate mocha sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the saucepan. Continue to stir until everything is well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool for a few minutes.
- Transfer the sauce to a jar or airtight container and let it cool completely before sealing.
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop before using.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of espresso powder to the mixture while heating.
- To make a dairy-free version, substitute the heavy cream with coconut cream and use dairy-free white chocolate chips.
