Delicious and spooky red eyeball Jello shots perfect for Halloween parties!
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 package (3 oz) cherry Jell-O
- 1 can (15 oz) lychee fruit, drained
- 1 small jar (4 oz) black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the cherry Jell-O until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of vodka to the Jell-O mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses, filling each about halfway.
- Place the shot glasses in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours or until set.
- While the Jell-O is setting, prepare the eyeballs by taking a lychee fruit and placing a slice of black olive inside each one.
- Once the Jell-O shots are set, carefully place one lychee eyeball in the center of each shot glass.
- For an extra spooky touch, top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your spooky treat!

- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute vodka with an equal amount of cold water or a flavored soda.
