- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- For a lower-calorie option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and mayonnaise.
