Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup halva, crumbled
- 1/4 cup raw pistachios, shelled
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
For topping:
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon additional crumbled halva
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, crumbled halva, raw pistachios, honey or maple syrup (if using), ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust sweetness or spice level by adding more honey or cayenne if desired.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Top with sliced strawberries, granola, additional crumbled halva, chopped pistachios, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
