Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, jicama, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and season with salt.
- Toss everything gently to combine.
- Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
