- 2 pounds of pork ribs
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and coat them with the mango glaze.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and brush additional glaze on the ribs.
- Broil the ribs for 5-10 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more sriracha to the glaze.
- These ribs can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Serve with a side of coleslaw for a complete meal.
