Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of pork ribs
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the ribs in a baking dish and coat them with the mango glaze.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
  5. Remove the foil and brush additional glaze on the ribs.
  6. Broil the ribs for 5-10 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
  7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more sriracha to the glaze.
  • These ribs can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
  • Serve with a side of coleslaw for a complete meal.
