- Cut the firm milk mixture into squares or rectangles.
- Prepare a breading station with flour in one dish, whisked eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.
- Coat each piece of chilled milk in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat about an inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded pieces in batches until golden brown on all sides (about 2 to 3 minutes per side).
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
