Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
  4. Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
