Description
A quick and easy appetizer featuring fresh cucumber slices topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
- Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with additional dill if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a low-carb option, serve without the cream cheese.
- Can be prepared a few hours in advance; store in the refrigerator until serving.
