- 150g smoked salmon, sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a large pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine with the garlic.
- Remove the pan from heat and quickly stir in the egg and cream mixture, ensuring the pasta is well coated.
- Add the smoked salmon and gently mix until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a lighter version, reduce the amount of cream.
- Feel free to add peas or spinach for extra vegetables.
- Make sure to remove the pan from heat before adding the egg mixture to prevent scrambling.
