Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g spaghetti

  • 2 large eggs
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  3. In a large pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine with the garlic.
