Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked Gouda cheese and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Add the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls or bombs, about 1 inch in diameter.
