  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the halved radishes and cook for about 10 minutes until they are tender.
  3. Drain the radishes and let them cool for a few minutes. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the radishes cut side up. Use a fork or the bottom of a glass to gently smash each radish until flattened.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the smashed radishes and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the radishes are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
