Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups radishes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- Drain the radishes and let them cool for a few minutes. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the radishes cut side up. Use a fork or the bottom of a glass to gently smash each radish until flattened.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the smashed radishes and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the radishes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a cheesy twist, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the radishes during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Experiment with different seasonings such as Italian herbs or chili powder for a spicy kick.
