A delicious and easy recipe for Slow Cooker Rotisserie Chicken that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken (about 3.5 to 4 lbs)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3–4 garlic cloves, smashed
Instructions
- Mix together all seasonings in a small bowl.
- Pat chicken dry and rub seasoning mixture all over the chicken, including inside the cavity.
- Place onion and garlic cloves at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Set the chicken on top of the aromatics, breast-side up.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 4 hours, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For crispy skin, broil in the oven for 5–7 minutes after cooking (optional).

- Ensure the chicken is patted dry for better seasoning adherence.
- Broiling is optional but recommended for crispy skin.
