- 4 pork chops
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced peaches and balsamic vinegar.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the peaches are softened and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them with the peach sauce.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh basil on top before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe peaches.
- Adjust the amount of balsamic vinegar to taste.
- This dish pairs well with a side of greens or rice.
