Description

A delicious and savory dish featuring pork chops cooked in a balsamic peach sauce, topped with feta cheese and fresh basil.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced peaches and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the peaches are softened and the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them with the peach sauce.
  8. Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh basil on top before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe peaches.
  • Adjust the amount of balsamic vinegar to taste.
