- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Optional: Red pepper flakes, lemon juice

Instructions
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear shrimp in olive oil, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Deglaze with white wine, reducing by half.
- Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened.
- Return shrimp to the pan and simmer for 2 more minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread for a complete meal.
