Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat, drained
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and green onions. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Separate each biscuit from the dough and flatten them with your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch them together to create a secure pocket.
  6. Arrange the filled biscuit pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sealed side down.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are fully cooked.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
