- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces lump crab meat, drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and green onions. Stir until well mixed.
- Separate each biscuit from the dough and flatten them with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges over the filling and pinch them together to create a secure pocket.
- Arrange the filled biscuit pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sealed side down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are fully cooked.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For an added kick, mix in a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce into the seafood filling.
- Swap out sharp cheddar for pepper jack cheese for a zesty twist.
