- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce and olive oil, then brush it over the salmon.
- Add the chopped bok choy around the salmon on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle any remaining teriyaki sauce over the bok choy.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
