Instructions

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and water until smooth.
  3. Toss the cooked soba noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
