- Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
- Scoop about 1/2 cup of the hashbrown mixture into the center of the waffle maker, spreading it slightly to cover the surface.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, chives, or hot sauce.
