Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced salmon, avocado, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro, shallot, and Dijon mustard. Gently mix until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful not to overmix to keep the avocado and salmon intact.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the tartare chilled, accompanied by tortilla chips or cucumber slices for dipping.
