- 2 cups brewed strong coffee, hot
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon rosewater
- 1/4 cup lokum (Turkish delight), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and keep it hot.
- In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped lokum with the cocoa powder until well combined.
- In serving glasses or bowls, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of rosewater over the ice cream.
- Pour the hot brewed coffee over the ice cream and rosewater, allowing it to melt slightly.
- Sprinkle the lokum crumb mixture over the top of the affogato.
- If desired, garnish with crushed pistachios for added crunch and flavor.
- Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors.

- For a more intense flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
