Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed strong coffee, hot
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon rosewater
  • 1/4 cup lokum (Turkish delight), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and keep it hot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped lokum with the cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of rosewater over the ice cream.
  5. Pour the hot brewed coffee over the ice cream and rosewater, allowing it to melt slightly.
  6. Sprinkle the lokum crumb mixture over the top of the affogato.
  7. If desired, garnish with crushed pistachios for added crunch and flavor.
