Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the warm water and sugar mixture. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom, then stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the rose water and chopped lychee. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  6. Once the jelly is set, spoon the whipped cream on top of each jelly cup.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
