Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced turnips, chopped bacon, onion, and red bell pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the turnips are tender and the bacon is crispy.
