- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rice in 1 1/2 cups of water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add milk, sugar, and salt. Cook on medium heat until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, butter, and raisins if using. Cook for 5 more minutes until creamy.
