- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, and food coloring until smooth.
- Add sour cream to the mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Cool the cheesecake, then chill overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before serving.
