Description

A delightful red velvet Oreo cheesecake that combines the rich flavors of red velvet cake and creamy cheesecake, topped with whipped cream and crushed Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp red food coloring
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, and food coloring until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream to the mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  7. Cool the cheesecake, then chill overnight.
  8. Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before serving.
