Instructions

  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  4. Take half of the dough and spread it evenly in a greased baking pan.
  5. Spread the raspberry jam over the dough.
  6. Take the remaining dough and crumble it over the jam layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
