Description

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich using ramen noodles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 slices of cheese (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add half of the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and flatten them out.
  4. Place 2 slices of cheese on top of the noodles.
  5. Add the remaining ramen noodles on top of the cheese and flatten again.
  6. Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Carefully flip the ramen grilled cheese and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.

  • Feel free to add additional ingredients like bacon or vegetables for extra flavor.
