Description
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich using ramen noodles.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 slices of cheese (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add half of the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and flatten them out.
- Place 2 slices of cheese on top of the noodles.
- Add the remaining ramen noodles on top of the cheese and flatten again.
- Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the ramen grilled cheese and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional ingredients like bacon or vegetables for extra flavor.
- Experiment with different types of cheese for varied taste.
