Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into thin half-moons
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté zucchini and onion until softened, about 5–6 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, sautéed veggies, cheeses, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
