A simple and delicious recipe for Salisbury steak meatballs made in a slow cooker, perfect for a hassle-free dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and mushroom soup. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken before serving.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
