Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and mushroom soup. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken before serving.
