Protein Packed Frozen PB Yogurt Bites for Snacking are your new favorite treat!
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are solid.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- When ready to enjoy, simply take out a few bites and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before eating for the best texture.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try substituting almond butter for peanut butter.
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder to the yogurt mixture for an extra flavor boost.
