  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pomegranate molasses, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
