Description

A unique treat recipe combining the flavors of pistachios and rose water, perfect for a sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, rose water, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
  2. Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the formed clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  5. After chilling, remove the clusters from the refrigerator and dust them with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the mixture.
  • You can also substitute the pistachios with chopped walnuts or almonds for a different nutty taste.
