- 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, rose water, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
- Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the formed clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
- After chilling, remove the clusters from the refrigerator and dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the mixture.
- You can also substitute the pistachios with chopped walnuts or almonds for a different nutty taste.
