  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Toppings:
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, pistachios, honey (or maple syrup), peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again if you add anything.
