Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
