Scale

- 1 cup pickle juice
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 4 hamburger buns
- Pickles for topping
- Lettuce for topping

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts and pickle juice. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- After marinating, remove the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk with the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
- In a separate shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Assemble the sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, adding lettuce, the fried chicken, and pickles on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, double-dip the chicken in buttermilk and flour.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like cheese or hot sauce.
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to ensure crispy chicken.
