Description

Pepperoni Pizzadillas are a quick and delicious fusion of pizza and quesadillas, perfect for a fast meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 6 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese evenly over it.
  3. Top with the second tortilla and cook until golden brown on both sides, and the cheese is melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the top tortilla, then add remaining cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like mushrooms or bell peppers.
