- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped unsweetened dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped dark chocolate until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
