Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Prosecco
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced peaches, Prosecco, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
- Every 30 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a fluffy texture.
- Continue this process for about 3-4 hours until the granita is fully frozen and fluffy.
- Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter granita, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Make sure to use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- This granita can be made a day in advance.
