Description

A refreshing and fruity frozen dessert made with peaches and Prosecco, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced peaches, Prosecco, sugar, and lemon juice.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
  4. Every 30 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a fluffy texture.
  5. Continue this process for about 3-4 hours until the granita is fully frozen and fluffy.
  6. Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy!

  • For a sweeter granita, adjust the sugar to taste.
  • Make sure to use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
