- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups peach ice cream, softened
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Layer the softened peach ice cream over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle diced peaches on top of the ice cream.
- Drizzle peach preserves over the peaches.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a more intense peach flavor, use fresh peaches in the ice cream layer.
- Make sure the ice cream is softened for easier spreading.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
