Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pieces of garlic naan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Brush the garlic oil over the naan and place it on a baking sheet.
- Toast the naan in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve the peach salad alongside the toasted garlic naan.

- For a vegan option, substitute mozzarella with a plant-based cheese.
