Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces of garlic naan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Brush the garlic oil over the naan and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Toast the naan in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve the peach salad alongside the toasted garlic naan.
