  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the top of each fillet.
  4. Press the panko mixture onto the mustard-coated salmon, ensuring an even layer covers the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
