Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli around the chicken.
