Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie crumbs and cream cheese until well blended.
- Add the protein powder, honey or maple syrup, almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
