- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles (for garnish)
Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped walnuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into small squares or mini bars.
