Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add maple syrup, bourbon, and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream gently until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with pecans or graham crumbs before serving.
