Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. For the aioli, mix mayonnaise and dill pickle juice in a bowl.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing fried chicken on slider buns, adding dill pickle slices, and topping with dill pickle aioli.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of cayenne pepper.
  • For extra crunch, double fry the chicken.
  • Serve with extra dill pickle aioli on the side.
