Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Stir in the mini chocolate chips, M&M’s, and chopped peanuts if using.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping, chocolate chips, and M&M’s if desired. Slice and enjoy!
