- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti, linguine, or rice noodles)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Optional Add-Ins:
- Red pepper flakes or Sriracha (for spice)
- Stir-fried vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in oil, then drain excess fat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger, then add soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, and water. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add beef back to the skillet, stir in the noodles, and toss to coat.
- Serve with green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add chili garlic sauce or Sriracha to the sauce.
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey, chicken, or pork.
