  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 6 ounces cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 pre-made almond flour pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded Gruyère cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the almond flour pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
