- 1 cup sweet rice flour (mochi flour)

- Cornstarch for dusting

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweet rice flour, sugar, and water until smooth.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute until it thickens.
- Dust a clean surface with cornstarch and pour the mochi mixture onto it.
- Let it cool slightly, then knead the mochi until smooth.
- Divide the mochi into small pieces and flatten each piece.
- Place a small scoop of strawberry ice cream in the center of each mochi piece and wrap it around the ice cream.
- Roll the mochi into a ball and place it in the freezer to set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh strawberries.
